Realize your Full Leadership Potential
Coaching is an impactful process, and I truly believe that with a coach, you can achieve amazing outcomes. I would be thrilled to tell you more about myself. We all have goals we want to achieve, challenges we're trying to overcome, ideas that need guidance, and moments when we feel stagnant. By collaborating with a coach, you can tap into your potential and find success in your personal and professional life.
What is coaching?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
The Essence of Coaching is:
helping a person change in the way they wish and go in the direction they want to go
supporting a person at every level in becoming who they want to be
building awareness, empowering choice, and allowing for change
Why partner with a coach?
If you want to take advantage of an opportunity or challenge, feel “stuck” on the path to achieving your goals, or simply believe there’s something more to discover in your personal or professional life, partnering with a professional coach could benefit you. Coaching can help you:
Improve communication skills
Increase self-esteem/self-confidence
Optimized individual/team work performance
Improve work/life balance
Improve business management strategies
Expand professional career opportunities
Accelerate on-boarding into a new professional role
Coaching is NOT:
Mentoring - when a colleague (typically senior) who is seen as more knowledgeable and worldly wise gives advice and provides a role model. A mentor is a sponsor with great professional experience in their client’s field of work.
Training - the process of getting knowledge skills or abilities by study, experience or teaching. The trainer by definition is the expert, and the training course is likely to be targeted on specific skills for immediate results.
Consulting - providing expertise and solving business problems. A consultant deals with the overall organization or specific parts of it and not individuals within it. Consultants only indirectly affect individuals.
Therapy - working with the client who seeks relief from psychological or physical symptoms. The client wants emotional healing and relief from mental pain. Therapy deals with the client’s mental health.
