Core Capital Development is a coaching firm that helps leaders and organizations realize their full potential. We offer a variety of services, including leadership coaching, executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development, and assessments.
I am Robin Christian and I launched Core Capital Development, LLC in 2019 after gaining 25 years of corporate experience and I am passionate about helping leaders and organizations succeed. My corporate experience was focused on all areas of people and organizational development and spans diverse sectors including energy, chemical and refining, and healthcare.
I am a certified professional coach, credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I believe that coaching is an essential component in achieving sustainable behavior change. We are based in Houston, Texas, and are focused on helping people and organizations drive excellent performance through coaching and accountability. We currently serve individuals and companies across the US working in tech, gas and oil, energy, government, and non-profit.
