Who We Are

Core Capital Development helps nonprofits and growing organizations navigate the “messy middle” of growth with clarity, alignment, and sustainable structure. Founded by Robin Christian in 2019, our work centers on the belief that organizations thrive when their systems and people are aligned.

Robin brings 25+ years of experience in organizational development across energy, healthcare, government, and nonprofit sectors. A certified mediator and ICF PCC/ACTC credentialed coach, she combines deep systems expertise with a neutral, facilitative approach that helps leaders resolve friction, strengthen governance, and make better, faster decisions.

We believe organizations don’t get stuck because of people — they get stuck because of unclear structure. When roles blur, decisions bottleneck, and communication breaks down, even the most committed teams struggle to execute.

Our work bridges the science of systems with the art of people. Through structured facilitation, organizational design, and governance support, we help leadership teams identify friction points, navigate complex change, and build the operating clarity needed for sustainable impact.

We also support individual leaders and professional coaches through evidence‑based coaching, assessments, and mentor coaching that strengthen self‑awareness, leadership presence, and team effectiveness.
